BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The next Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for January 9, 2012 at 6:30 PM, Planter's Walk Clubhouse, 201 Planters Blvd. All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend all of our Board of Directors meetings. This is a Special Meeting. Then the regular Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for January 23, 2012 at 6:30 PM at same location.
ARB
The Architectural Review Board (ARB) meets every first and third Mondays of each month. Please download an application from online, or stop in at the CPCSA office and to obtain one. ARB applications are to be received by the office no later than close of business on the Friday preceeding each meeting. Items to include in your application packet are:
Completed application form
Supporting photos
A copy of the property plot plan (needed for most applications, i.e., tree removal, fencing, driveway extension, etc.)
There is a $15.00 application fee for each application.
Once you receive your permit, please place the permit in a front window of your home while the work is being done.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS (BOD)
The Board of Directors meet each fourth Monday of the month at the Planter's Clubhouse at 6:30 PM. Homeowners are encouraged to attend.
Special meetings will be announced on this web site along with the Reader Board in front of the office on an as needed basis.
Volunteers are always needed for various committees and community programs. If you would like to volunteer for one of Crowfield's committees, please contact the office or a board member.
